A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference when registering (either sent via e-mail or provided in-situ).
Accompanying person registration fee includes:

- Day tour to Athens
One-day registration fee includes:
- Official conference program and participant’s package
- Lunch and coffee breaks/tea breaks

The payment of the registration fees is required to attend the scientific sessions, technical tour and social events.
Confirmation via e-mail and invoices will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.
Only registered attendants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. Proof of payment must be submitted at the Congress Registration Desk.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before the 30th of April 2026. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct the name badge at the registration desk. If you do not wish to attend the Convention, you will have to cancel your registration up to the 30th of April 2026 or you will be held liable for the fees.
